I, Caroline McGrath, LPC, NCC, am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon, as well as a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Hypno-Breathwork and Hypnotherapy Facilitator, Certified Somatic-Based Master Jungian Life Coach, and Certified TRE® Provider. The services and content provided on this Website are for educational and informational purposes only.

Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychiatric Care

Soul of the Lotus, LLC provides a range of services, including licensed mental health counseling, as well as coaching, breathwork, retreats, courses, trainings, and digital programs. While my counseling services are provided within the scope of my licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon, all other offerings—including coaching, breathwork, trainings, and retreats—are for personal growth and educational purposes only.

  • All other services (courses, trainings, retreats, coaching, breathwork, hypnotherapy, somatic healing, and digital programs) are intended for informational and personal growth purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

  • Coaching, Trainings, & Digital Programs: Refund policies for cancellations will be outlined in the coaching agreement.

  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
