What Happens If You Can’t Attend?
Cancellation and Transfers:
If unforeseen circumstances arise and you’re unable to attend, don’t worry—we're here to help. Creating this retreat is a heartfelt journey, and I want to ensure full transparency regarding our cancellation policy.
While we cannot provide refunds, you have the option to:
Transfer your reservation to a friend or loved one (pending approval), or
Apply your deposit toward a future retreat or any EVOLVE workshop or training within one year of your original booking.
Travel Insurance:
To protect your investment, we highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. This gives you extra peace of mind and protects your investment in case life takes an unexpected turn.
